One currency for everything Pipeloom runs on your behalf. a sync typically occupies 2.5 vCPUs (source, destination and orchestrator), so it uses about 2.5 credits per minute, or 150 credits per hour; 150 credits buys one AI copilot action; an Insights query on your own warehouse uses the time it ran, at least 1 credit, while queries on Pipeloom's own data are free. You never have to predict the split in advance — spend your allowance on whichever you actually need that month, and the mix can change month to month.

On Free, nothing is billed — scheduled runs pause and manual runs ask you to upgrade. There is no card on file, so a surprise bill is not possible. On paid plans you continue at $0.001 per credit, under a hard spend cap you set yourself that defaults to 2× your included allowance. Hitting the cap pauses execution rather than quietly billing you.

Anyone who logs into the workspace. Pricing never scales with connector count, row count, or how many pipelines you build. Starter is a flat $19 regardless of whether one person or three are using it — per-seat pricing only starts on Team, where the environments, git sync and RBAC actually scale with headcount.

Because counting heads before you have a team is friction we would rather not add. A solo founder and a three-person startup pay the same $19, and the decision takes thirty seconds instead of a meeting.

At $0.06 per vCPU-hour — close enough to what the underlying infrastructure actually costs that compute is not a profit center. Our margin comes from the platform, not from marking up your workload. That also means we have no incentive to make your syncs slower or heavier than they need to be.

Your pipelines keep running. A failed card should never break a production pipeline in the middle of a retry, so a past-due account stays live while we retry the payment and email you.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you keep what you have already paid for. Cancelling leaves your subscription active until the period ends — nothing is cut off mid-month.
