Cookies and local storage
Last updated: 30 September 2026
Summary
Pipeloom uses only what the service needs to work. There are no analytics, advertising or social-media cookies on our websites or in the app, which is why we don't show a cookie banner. Strictly necessary storage doesn't need your consent, but you can still clear or block it in your browser; if you do, you'll need to sign in again.
In the app
| What | Set by | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sign-in session cookies | Our sign-in service at api.getpipeloom.com | Keep you signed in and protect the sign-in flow | Until you sign out or the session expires |
| Sign-in token (local storage) | app.getpipeloom.com | Authenticates the app's requests to our API | Until you sign out or it expires |
| Interface preferences (local storage) | app.getpipeloom.com | Remember choices such as theme, panel sizes and your last workspace | Until you clear them |
On getpipeloom.com and the docs
The website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. The docs site remembers whether you chose a light or dark theme, in local storage.
Third-party pages
When you pay, you are taken to Stripe's checkout or billing portal, which sets its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud. If you sign in with Google, Google sets its own cookies on its pages. Their policies apply there. See also our Privacy Policy.
